Domestic Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Supply A.N.D. Services offers free returns on item(s) received within 30 calendar days. Items received within 30-90 calendar days are eligible to be returned, but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service department.

Refunds

Once we have received the item(s) you wish to return, you will be notified. After the item(s) have been inspected and approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment and notify you that the refund has been granted. Depending on your method of payment and your financial institution’s policies, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your credit.

Exchanges

Supply A.N.D. Services offers free exchanges on item(s) received within 90 calendar days. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Once we have received the item(s) you wish to exchange, you will be notified of our acceptance of the item(s). After the item(s) have been inspected and approved, you will be issued a credit to your account and will be contacted by our customer service department with instructions on how to use the credit. The credit that you receive can be used to purchase any of the products that we carry.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that any of the item(s) in your order are damaged during transit, Supply A.N.D. Services will provide you with a 100% free replacement. We will even pay for the return shipping! If your order is noticeably damaged upon delivery, please document the damaged items, refuse the delivery, and contact our customer service department immediately. If you discover that an item is damaged after you have already accepted the delivery, please document the damage and contact our customer service department to arrange an exchange. Damaged items must be reported to us within 3 calendar days of being received.

Shipping

You may choose to have Supply A.N.D. Services arrange the pick-up of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Please note, unless the items you received were damaged upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging your item(s). If we provide the return shipping on an exchange or return, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund or exchange credit. Please also note, all shipping costs are non­refundable.

Warranty

Supply A.N.D. Services sells only high-quality, brand name products, that can be trusted. Most of the products we stock come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For information on your products warranty, please review the warranty section found on the manufacturer’s website. Please note, many of the items that we sell will require product registration with the manufacturer for the warranty to be valid. If you have any questions regarding warranty or warranty registration, please contact our customer service department.

International Return & Refund Policy

Supply A.N.D. Services currently does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders. Optional freight insurance is available on most international shipments. If you would like to purchase freight insurance for your international order, please contact our customer service team to review your options.
